EPSN : website integration and automatic update

Course calendar updates are alwalys tedious and it is commonplace that updates create mistakes and duplicates when we copy.

EPSN needed to concentrate  to only one update place. It was already using Google Calendar. However, calendar default integration was not enough complete for its needs. Except date, hour, place and description fields ; EPSN needed also additional fields as professor, course’s categorie, class, unique course code. In a custom way of thinking, first we have synthesized the exact school needs in 3 different ways : information given to students, useful information to school and which form do we need to use to diffuse information. Then, we have adapted Google Calendar to the school specific needs. Here is how we proceeded.
